Executive Director

Jen McCadden joined the American Association of Consumer Credit Professionals (AACCP) in February 2023 as Executive Director. She brings to AACCP over 13 years of association experience. She specializes in partnering with associations to develop and manage accreditation, certification, continuing education, and other membership programs while working with boards to enhance their governance structures and policies. 

Jen has a Master in Public Administration (MPA) from Villanova University and a B.A. in Sociology from Northeastern University. She also holds the Certified Association Executive (CAE) credential from the American Society of Association Executives. The CAE designation, the only professional designation for the association management profession, has been achieved by over 4,300 association industry leaders worldwide. She is an active ASAE volunteer and has served as an ASAE Foresight Works Drivers of Change Analyst; is a member of the ASAE Young Professionals Advisory Committee and the ASAE Marketing Membership Communications Conference Program Advisory Committee; and was a member of ASAE’s 2018 NextGen Cohort.

Originally from Chester County, PA, she now resides in Alexandria, VA with her family. She enjoys hiking, cooking, and the beach and is an avid Eagles fan.
